252: Why we don't share before and after photos

Using the before and after photos is the traditional way of marketing in the fitness industry. But, it sucks and it generally make you feel kind of crap about yourself.

We never share before and after photos within MerryBody Online Studio. We've stood by this for some time now and we've talked a lot about this and during this Get Merry Podcast episode we delve a little deeper into the reasons why we don't.
