Today's dose of "Vitamin D" is dedicated to your mood. How are you feeling right now? How you feel about yourself, where you are in your life, the people you communicate with... How do you feel? You got to choose your mood and dictate it and I say all the time how you do anything is how you do everything. Myself and how I choose to move I always tell people I'm gangster. Like I got the pimp juice. Only because that's what I have to tell myself to get me in a mood to do what I need to do. To move with my dreams fearlessly. To be in the gym, not giving up when I feel like I want to stop. To have the confidence to show up day after day to believe my dreams and remind myself. Don't let what you see make you forget what God said. That's the mood that I choose to rock on forever.

Now I'm listening to Beyoncé and I'm listening to her track, "Move 4 Eva" And I quote, "Every day above ground is a blessing. I done leveled up view panoramic." All right so... your mood is what's going to have to give you the ambition to go after the life that you want. And understanding with this level up is going to be some trying times. But guess what? When you get to the top, it's going to be beautiful. But you have to also realize that your fears have no place in the realm of your dreams. Beyoncé continues on to say, "none of my fears can go where I'm headed." Catch it. What's your mood?

How you do anything is how you'll do everything. Your mood will dictate how you move. You got to move fearlessly in life. Tick tock. Time waits for no one.
