My guest today is Dr Joey Weber. Joey is a lecturer in Health and Social Care at Bolton University in England. He’s spent his life immersed in meditation practices, including growing up in a Tibetan monastic community. Dr. Weber recently completed his PhD on the role of equanimity in mindfulness and its link to cultivating compassion.
