On May 12th, 2020, after 19 years of marriage, a former detective came home to find the family Jeep missing, his home ransacked, and his wife murdered. Minutes after arriving home he made a tearful 911 call and cooperated with officers as they arrived on the scene. His expert opinion, from years on the force, was that it was a robbery gone wrong, but as a search for the suspects, and the missing Jeep ensued, things got pretty complicated pretty quickly.
