Taoism: The Philosophy of Flow

What if the secret to peace isn't something you find but something you stop fighting?

Daoism doesn't ask you to work harder, think faster, or optimize your life. It asks the opposite. Stop forcing. Stop resisting. Stop swimming against the current and let the river carry you.

According to the Laozi, the Dao is the way of nature. The energies and vibrations of natural matter that flow through everything, including you. And the practice of Daoism is learning how to connect with those energies instead of constantly pushing against them.
