She’s a Midlife Mentor, Coach, Author, Speaker, host of The Inviting Shift podcast and just all around so easy to talk to and has some really great insight into why so many of us are feeling this calling halfway through our lives. We talk about the belief systems we grew up with, the expectations of others, the fear, how to show up authentically, and most importantly choosing thriving over surviving!
