Checking In: Is Your Relationship In The Room-Mate Phase?

Its been a while since we checked with you here at Me After You.

Life can get hectic—between chores, work, and managing the mental load, it's easy for connection with your partner to slip down the priority list. Before you know it, you might find yourselves in the "roommate phase."

On a recent episode of our parenting podcast This Glorious Mess we explored the telltale signs of the roommate phase and shared tips on how to reconnect. We also had a dad, bring his own perspective on navigating the roommate dynamic in relationships.
