The opening session of the European Harm Reduction Conference 2024 in Warsaw will warmly welcome participants to the beautiful and vibrant City of Warsaw. This session will provide an insightful overview of the conference's scope, focus, and format. Key speakers will highlight the critical role of harm reduction in Europe, addressing the conference’s central theme: "Putting People First – Empowering Communities and Driving Innovation."
