The Case of Jennifer Smith

This week, Drewby and Yergy head up to the county to discuss the case of Jennifer Smith. Jennifer was a girl living in Northern Maine who came from a troubled home. Her father, James Smith, not only sexually assaulted her and her sister, but raped and attempted to kill a woman in North Carolina. After serving 5 years in prison, James moved back in with his family and changed his name to Matthew Wilson. However, just 2-years later, James (now Matthew) would set his sights once more on his daughter, Jennifer, and a tragedy that should have been prevented occurred.
