#12: Staying Healthy During Coronavirus & Flu Season: Our Best Immune Boosting Tips

Today we are talking about staying healthy during both Coronavirus and flu season. We hope that these tips for keeping your immune system strong are helpful.

We aren't offering medical advice, but we're sharing our experience and what we've learned. We are also piggy-backing on episode 11 where we talked about the basic guidelines we follow to stay healthy in general.
