-Politicized by trans media who attempt to discredit it based on irrelevancies, inconsistencies and falsehoods- Erin reed includes: who Cass follows on twitter or has met in a professional capacity; who cites the Cass review as if she has control over that/as if this affects any of the science in any provable way; presents a study Erin prefers, uncritically, when the claim she makes is due to bias created by the design of said study- her treatment of studies is itself inconsistent

-The Cass review comes to many correct conclusions such as: the enormous social divide over this issue has made it difficult to study, there is no way to accurately diagnose children with GD meaning the process for children is inherently risky, gender affirming care is backed up by often low quality data prioritizing testimony, with lack of double blind, lack of follow up, ETC, NHS GAC services are inconsistent and lack Standardization (E.G Richie Herron who had the same surgery a year after me, same country, both NHS, yet had a VERY different outcome)
