59 - MGTOW Shaming

The issues regarding our MGTOW identity are similar to being a gay male twenty to thirty years ago with regards to nosy friends and family members. The stigma of being a single in our society is incredible. People look at you as a failure that can't hold down a relationship. Even if you've chosen to opt out. By telling people that you are opting out of relationships stirs up all kind of emotions and ideas in their heads. He must be a child molester, or or a failure. They just can't seem to accept the idea that the game is rigged. Most people are like compulsive gamblers addicted to the love and relationships. And they don't seem to understand why other people aren't addicted to it either. Choosing not to date or be in a relationship is even harder then playing ball for the other team in some ways. At least gay people have the ability to provide a pre-packaged answer for nosy friends and family. Men going their own way is nowhere near the map of social consciousness. If more people saw it as a conscious social choice many of the MGTOWs out there that didn't know what to label themselves would be better off. And men fed up with the dating scene would no longer have to feel as much pressure to get hitched and start producing babies. And if you mention the term MGTOW to people and they look it up on the internet it will instantly brand you as a misogynistic man

intent on controlling women. The people I've told about mgtow and my videos immediately assume that I hate all women and that's why I do what I do. When I explain that I don't agree with the legal system and how it's stacked against men and behavior of women these days, people tell me I'm selfish and that I need to man up. My younger brother is getting married next year and cousins in my age group are mostly married. My cousins 5 to 10 years older then me are getting divorced and are becoming bitter, but the younger ones are just sleepwalking into relationships thinking divorce won't happen to them. For them to feel good about their relationship they have to convince others to mgtow the line and get married as well. They need external validation. Sidney when you go to family functions you are invalidating their choices. You are a threat that must be rooted out and dealt with immediately. Your values have to be identified, categorized, shamed and exercised like a demon.
