Tales of determination, setbacks and fighting back to keep progressing both their individual games as well as their journey to first team football are lessons that todays aspiring footballer could do well to listen to. The importance of seeing the pathway to the first team & how reserve team football was the perfect stepping stone to, eventually first team football. We find out which players was “dropped” for Lloyd’s debut! We go through the “1 in 10” of Assistant Managers at Watford and we get to find out with former Assistant Manager might be considered “harsh” – its probably not who you think.
