This week's episode we had the pleasure of chatting with Colleen Riddle. Colleen Riddle grew up as a competitive swimmer and learned early on how good it felt to set goals, work hard and win. She reached her ultimate swimming goal when she earned a scholarship to Florida State University. As owner of Elite Physique Personal Training, she brings her passion for fitness and clean-living to every person she works with. Whether it is losing weight, designing an overall healthy lifestyle, or creating a less toxic environment, she thrives on helping her clients achieve results. Her workout system, New Mommy Makeover was showcased in Fit Pregnancy magazine and was voted the number one Post Natal DVD series. Colleen has been an entrepreneur for over 24 years and was featured in INC Magazine as a top fitness entrepreneur. She loves the freedom as well as the challenges (keeps her on her toes!) that come along with the journey! Colleen’s passion is empowering others to see their greatness and create the lifestyle they’ve always wanted. Colleen published her first book, 333, The Power of Equilibrium. The book is about balance, awareness, and introspects and brings three unique perspectives of the three primary overarching aspects of life: Body, Mind, and Spirit. She recently earned her Online Personal Trainer Certification so she can expand her business and help more people with their wellness no matter where in the world they live. In 2023 Colleen released the Fit Pickleballer’s Injury Prevention Program. As an avid pickle ball player she saw the overwhelming number of injuries happening on the court, and knew she could help. This program not only helps pickle ballers prevent injuries, but also increases their strength, speed, and agility on the court. Colleen has been married to her best friend, John, and for 26 years. They have three adorable and hilarious cats named Hutch, Huggy Bear, and Romeo. For fun they enjoy biking, kayaking, Pickle Ball, and pretty much anything outside in the gorgeous place they call home!
