ADHD, Lateness and Self Worth

ADHD, Lateness and Self Worth

If you run late and you feel consistently bad about yourself for it, this is the episode for you. Whether if you have ADHD or not, it can be a REAL challenge to be on time, which- let's face it- is an issue in our society where punctuality is highly prized.

All of you trying your hardest to be on time and feeling shame around it, and dealing with all the disappointed looks- sending you a hug. Let's walk through this together!! xo, E
