In John Gotti Jr's memoir "Shadow Of My Father" he talks very graciously of a person named Joseph O'Kane. O'Kane, like Gotti Jr was from Queens and was a tough and respected gangster who ran with the likes of John Alite and other gangsters. Eventually O'Kane would have to pay for these crimes and he was hit with an ultimatum... get out of prison by flipping on Gotti or testify on behalf of Gotti.
