African Retooled is a podcast based out of Kenya that focuses on rethinking, reimagining and edifying individuals on how they can make the most of their potential in the workforce on a local and global scale. We discuss the future of economics and global markets and where we have come from and where we are going as an interrelated global community. Martin is currently a Recruitment Consultant at Boyden, one of the top global executive search firms. He is a Human Capital management professional with skills in executive talent acquisition and human capital management consulting. His experience spans across East Africa and South East Asia with international firms, PwC and Ernst & Young. He is trained in the administration and interpretation of psychometric tools such as the MBTI, FiRO and Strong Interests Inventory. Martin hopes to inspire conversations that will ready the continent’s talent for the constantly evolving world of work. Chris is currently in-charge of Talent Acquisition for Safaricom PLC (An affiliate of Vodafone) the largest company in East Africa. He is a digital talent management professional with experience in organisation design, talent acquisition and HR analytics. He has worked in multinationals and consultancy firms across Africa and Europe including General Electric, KPMG, Deloitte and Airbus. Chris is also a Certified Executive Coach Practitioner.
