Bio:

Gemma, has been teaching Yoga and Meditation for 17 years and always knew it made a difference to her mental and emotional health, but never knew what a difference it could make until she ended up in a very difficult and abusive relationship in her mid to late twenties. Gemma found solace in meditation and breathwork to help her recover and reconnect with herself. Gemma enjoys sharing meditation and breathing exercises to help others overcome anxiety and reconnect with learning to love who you are and your journey.


Abuse Talk Podcast currently offers a series of interviews with those that work in the domestic abuse sector. Getting an inside feel for what its really like in their job role and sharing it with all of you.
