Empowerment Through Talk Therapy

This week we are discussing mental health and our experiences with therapy. There are many strong evidence-based reasons to consider therapy and don’t necessarily need to be before or after big life changing events, ALL are equal and valid! That’s why we’d like spend this episode sharing our personal journey’s with therapy which include our past and present experiences, hesitations, hopes, and successes that have lead us to the belief that therapy is incredibly beneficial, and a way for all people to better understand themselves, work through areas that are most difficult, and to improve their abilities to thrive, communicate, overcome adversity, improve their relationships, find happiness, and create a better world! We are also incredibly excited to have our first special guest on the 35ish Podcast! Therapist, Amanda Jelden, will share why therapy equips you with tools to enhance and empower your world. You are NEVER too old to start therapy!
