Natalie Vardabasso believes learning is driven by our passions, aligned with our strengths, and at the heart of our humanity. It is the vehicle by which we find out who we are and how we might make a positive impact on the world. However, the beauty of learning is often lost in the business of school. It has become her greatest passion to reimagine education in the service of learning for all.

Natalie strives to create an inclusive culture that fosters authentic learning towards the achievement of meaningful outcomes. Through intentional prototyping of instructional design and assessment practices, she continues to work towards a culturally-responsive and liberating praxis. She is also the host of #EduCrush Podcast.
