And on this day I think of her and the many people and animals affected by the fires raging in this region.

I pray for the safety of everyone. And even though it is a tragedy. Every tragedy is an opportunity to come together as a community, as humanity. There is an opportunity for love and humanity to rise stronger than ever wherever suffering and tragedy happens.

My contribution today is to hold space for Kathia to share her empowering and positive birth stories with us.

For us both to inspire you through story telling. The oldest medicine thought the ages.

Let her story be a balm to your heart if you are suffering or feel the suffering of others in our world.

Kathia is an aspiring music artist based in the vibrant heart of Los Angeles. With a passion for creating, she aims to inspire a positive shift in the music scene and promote healing through her unique voice frequency and personal journey.

As a devoted mother of two, she draws on her own experiences to connect deeply with others. Having transitioned from a hospital birth to the intimate comfort of her family living room, Kahtia understands the power of trust and intuition, especially during such transformative moments.

Through her music and story, she hopes to empower women worldwide to listen to their inner voices and embrace their intuition, allowing it to guide them through the remarkable journey of motherhood and beyond.
