Aaron is the Founder of Fire Mountain Programs, a residential treatment center in Colorado helping troubled teens overcome many challenges. Aaron also hosts the “Beyond Risk and Back” podcast and has 20 years experience working with Parents of teens that struggle, teens in recovery from trauma, and mental health challenges. Aaron drops tips for managing ADHD and the valuable lessons he has learned from struggling with it in the past!
