What To Focus On Next In Your Business

What To Focus On Next In Your Business

Not to be dramatic, but the internet is plagued with distractions and illegitimate experts.

So let me tell you, If there's one thing I've learned over the past few years, it's that the number of Instagram followers you have has nothing to do with the systemization and automation of your sales growth.

Let's be honest, you're probably thinking "What does that have to do with anything about what to focus on next"

Trust me, this statement will make sense by the end!

So the other day, I was speaking with an online store owner, and I asked her what her goal was for the next year.

"Increase sales by 20%" came the response.

So my next question was, "How will you achieve that? What will you do?"

And her first response was that she aims to grow her Instagram followers.

Obviously, she'd made the assumption that more followers equals more sales, even though she had no evidence that that strategy was working for her so far...

As Einstein so eloquently said, "The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again, but expecting different results".

And I would add to that to say, ESPECIALLY in a year when things have changed so drastically in terms of how consumers are behaving and how we do business.

Yet so many of us continue to do the same things in our business and wonder why we're not getting the results we desire!

We live and work in an environment where the only guaranteed constant is change.

So we need to have a method to figure out what is and is not working, so that we can then pivot and implement new strategies.

So, in today's podcast episode, I want to walk you through 5 tips to figure out WHAT to focus on in your business.
