Ep. 330: A 108 Day Journey Along the Spine of Asia - Oli France

Oli France graduated in Outdoor Leadership (BA) from the University of Central Lancashire. He is a professional British Mountain Leader and keen adventurer, who mainly earns a living leading trips and expeditions across the globe. To date, he has traveled to 50 countries, and has climbed mountains in half of those, including the likes of Mont Blanc, the highest mountain in Western Europe. In winter 2016, Oli traveled overland by any means from Hong Kong to Istanbul, along the mountainous spine of Asia, crossing eleven countries and climbing fourteen mountains, in a journey documented in his book: The Trail of the Mountain Folk. Oli occasionally speaks about his adventures at various events. Otherwise, he can be found traipsing through mountains, or browsing through maps and atlases in search of his next adventure.
