Inside Edition reports…A second case of coronavirus has been confirmed in this country while in China a total of 46 million people are effectively on lockdown as travel in and out of more than a dozen cities in that country has been banned. Even though the risk of contracting the disease here in America is low, protective face masks have become hard to find. However, as Jim Moret reports, some question whether they even work.
