And over the course of his business life, Donald Trump has filed more than 3,500 lawsuits. Yesterday, he filed another one…this time against ABC News and George Stephanopoulos. The former president says the anchorman defamed him when he said Trump had been found liable for raping E. Jean Carroll. Plus, authorities say a man shot and killed a state police officer who'd stopped to give him a hand with a flat tire. The suspect might still be at large if not for a store clerk who'd seen coverage of the killing and bravely helped bring him to justice. Still concerned for her family's safety, she agreed to speak with Steven Fabian in disguise. And last night's Oprah Winfrey’s primetime special on weight loss aimed to take the shame out of using drugs to shed pounds.
