A mom's face is covered in bites after being attacked by an army of fire ants. She says it happened during a traffic stop that turned ugly. She says officers hogtied her down on the ground, on what turned out to be an ant hill. The police chief says the body camera video is misleading, saying no fire ants were visible and the woman was treated with “respect and dignity.” And another pedestrian in New York was sucker punched out of nowhere…and this time it was a big star. The victim is Emmy winning actor Steve Buscemi. Plus, a mom was very happy to be with her nine-year-old son this Mother's Day - just days ago he was hanging out on the living room couch when bullets came flying through the window. He wasn't the only one ducking for cover…Jim Moret explains. And according to the FBI, scams targeting the elderly caused over 3.4 billion in losses last year…that's 11% more than the previous year.
