The Four Ways to Wellbeing with Nicola Elliott

Nicola Elliott is the Founder and Creative Director of NEOM, the award-winning wellbeing brand in the UK. She worked for ten years as a journalist in London, on magazines including Glamour, InStyle and Marie Claire, and decided to launch NEOM after experimenting with essential oil blends and discovering the power they hold to tackle the stress and demands of modern-day life. The company that started with a few blends created for family and friends has now grown into a brand present in over 500 stores across the UK and worldwide.

Her first book, The Four Ways to Wellbeing is out now in stores and online, and you can follow Nicola @nicolaelliottneom

BETTER SLEEP. LESS STRESS. MORE ENERGY. MOOD BOOST. These are the four pillars of wellbeing and there is no one better placed to show you how to do exactly that than Nicola.
