This week we are joined by Kevin Kos in the first and main segment of the episode. In the bonus segment at 25:14 Yelena Anter makes her monthly return to the show.

Kevin Kos, is a 32-year-old bartender from Slovenia, working in hospitality since he was 16, which means that this year marks the point where Kevin has been working in this fascinating industry for half of his life! But bartending happened randomly, since Kevin originally enrolled in a civil engineering school. When he finished school, Kevin stuck to the job he worked at, and had fun in. After winning the Havana Grand Prix 2018 competition in Slovenia, Kevin's career and motivation took off and he quickly realized that he will be bartending for a long time. Kevin was offered a head bartender position in Niagara Cocktail Bar in Maribor where he has now worked for 5 years. At Niagara, Kevin started with his own Thursday evening called ‘Unknown Taste’ where he served a three-course cocktail menu with food pairings. This themed evening pushed Kevin even further in learning new things and techniques. Ever since Kevin expanded his knowledge about bartending and mixology - he wanted to share the knowledge with his staff; and; more recently on his YouTube channel called “Cocktail Time with Kevin Kos”. This is a project where Kevin works with two of his good friends, Sašo Veber (Director of Photography) and Robi Fišer (the Director). More recently, Kevin is focusing on the channel with the hope that his social media following will grow and that he could teach an even wider audience about the beautiful world of cocktails.

Yelena Anter - joins us from Las Vegas Nevada. Yelena is the driving force behind Cocktail Vision - an online platform that guides you through your journey in the cocktail and spirits world with recipes, products and consulting advice.
