Today we're talking about how to have better connections with others despite having social anxiety. See, all of us live in a society where disconnect is the norm. This is really what's going on in Western society nowadays and we can't deny it. But the secret that nobody tells you is that if you change the way you approach life, if you change what you expect and what you accept in your life, you just become oblivious to the fact that so many people are disconnected and you can become part of the solution instead of being part of the problem. And I'm not talking about being part of the solution on a big scale, as in changing the world to the better that's going to happen by you contributing to it. But you can really change your life, the life of your loved ones, and the people you come into contact with. And it really takes a couple of little tweaks that we'll change that for you.
