Chapter 31:• Xaden shows up, tells her she start trees on fire, water wielder put them out.• She's asks where he went one night, he said Athebyne, but she can't know why. • Found note from her dad, losing Brennan made her dad more removed. • He offers they can bang instead of clean, she calls him out for saying not to fall for him, he's confident she won't fall for him, and says he has no intention of falling for her. • She's not wrong, she does deserve more than a relationship on his terms.• 20 stikes/hr no aim, thirsty at breakfast, professional wrestling the night before, favorite scene 😂 of her taunting him at the dinner table.• Do others know they can talk to each other?• He has to be end game, could you imagine having a partner who can talk with someone so attractive with ultimate privacy?• Reunification day, 6yrs since losing Brennan. • Losing riders Discussed in class but no one is shocked at this increase skill from gryphons.• "Is there someone else?" "I'm not having this conversation" 😭• Everyone gets dressed up for celebrating.• Oh my god I forgot that Liam was there for Violet when it was the date he lost his parents. • She meets the king, awkward.• Somewhere in here Dain touches her face and calls her beautiful. • Sonar power to find Xaden on the parapet.

Chapter 32:• Realizes she is in love with him. • Their on the parapet. • Xaden says he can wield shadows to save him if he falls.• Confesses her love, confesses her jealousy, xaden only has eyes for violet 💜 • Fell for her the first time he saw her.• He's so possessive! He's jealous of Dain.• She's very confident and forward, talk about threshing. • I'm going to die right here in this bed. "Then I'm going to die with you".• He can shield her lightning.

Chapter 33:• Head to formation wearing his flight leathers, no one "notices" When she leaves his room, feigns shock.• War games beginning.• They are going to athebyne.• Heaton has purple flames dyed into their hair. • Xaden and Imogen know something is up. • Xaden pulls violet, Liam and Imogen to his squad to athebyne. • Dain realizes they are banging.• "I'll miss you violet"• If xaden knows something is up, why bring violet?

Chapter 34:First gryphon attack is 1 yr after reunification • Fly into the morning and afternoon to Mt near athebyne. • Most dangerous outpost, outside the wards.• Liam asks how she's doing, mentally talks to andarna and tarin about her safety, while Liam waits, does it again but thinking with Xaden 😄 • Sees xaden, "just be professional".• Walks to the lake, Xaden openly shows her affection.• She has tense muscles, so he eats her out to relax her(not actually), wing beats in her ears.• "I've been yours longer than you can imagine", longer than when he first saw her?• Cat arrives 😳, covers her in shadows but Cat saw(?) :((((( • Xaden blocks Violet, tarin protects her, her heart stops when he says the fliers are early.

Chapter 35:• Excerpt: talks about Fen Riorson's accusation/conspiracy as so outrageous that it won't be written.• Meant to meet tomorrow, shipment not ready, tarin not acting like he knows what's going on(very particular with his words).• Venin never come this far west -Imogen • Fliers threaten to use her as ransom, "take a step towards that sorrengail and you'll be deâd", reference to Brennan too?• Tarin and Andarna knew.• Long discussion of her feeling betrayed, realizing it's all true, and saying she doesn't love xaden.• Reflects on history being erased.• "If I can't trust him, there is no future for us" • Letter from Daddy Aetos, Survive if you can.
