24. The Fear Episode! with Benjamin, the Flirt Coach

Fear has been one of the most present feelings, emotions, states of being, states of mind ... that I have carried with me for my whole life.

I still carry fear with me, but I no longer allow it to keep me from LIVING.

In this episode, I share the six ways fear presents itself in our dating lives, how we develop these fears, and the role fear plays in our lives. Then I share strategies to move through - and beyond - the fear.
