029 | RONNIE LANDIS

Today’s WWRadio features Ronnie Landis - nutritionist, author, speaker, and health expert. Ronnie goes into neuro degenerative conditions such as MS, including the most important natural things people can do to naturally prevent and treat them. We also get into top-line ideas on how to be the best in your niche and how to get started with a healthy practice. Listen and be prepared to be deeply inspired by Ronnie in the fun and super informative interview.

If you want to be successful in what you’re doing, you’ve got to figure out how you can get ahead of all of the peek performers in your niche.

My favorite lines & nuggets of wisdom: YEP THEY’RE TWEETABLES…Just click right on ‘em!

“Getting started can be as simple as taking a walk or breathing deeply.”@RonLandis via #WWRadio w/ @katiedalebout

“Nutrition is a supplement for the vision of your life.” @RonLandis via #WWRadio w/@katiedalebout

“The rituals in our lives create our health.” @RonLandis via #WWRadio w/@katiedalebout

“The way we make any actions stick is directly related to repetition.”@RonLandis via #WWRadio w/ @katiedalebout

“80% of the info we take in is visual, so be aware of that when you consume information.” @RonLandis via #WWRadio w/ @katiedalebout

TIPS: To be successful go to sleep early and wake up early. Ronnie says he goes to bed anywhere between 7:00p to 9:00pm and wakes up at 4:00am every morning. This gives him a jump start on the day and he has 4 hours extra than most people.

To get started with health, practice subtraction by addition. Adding in something good will naturally subtract the bad things. The good stuff will crowd out the not so good stuff. Just add in as much plant food a day and develop disciplines that will construct the vision of your life.
