feng shui & making space for creativity with Anjie Cho 💐

this week i got to talk to my good friend Anjie Cho. Anjie and i met several years ago and for the entire time I was in NYC we would meet wednesdays to meditate together. Anjie has helped me with the feng shui of all of my apartments, and in this episode I spoke with her about my new space in LA. it's a real session where you'll hear me candidly speak about where I am and what i'm hoping for as she helps me with my space. we also talk about what we've learned from the pandemic, the connection between space and creativity, letting go of things, the connection between eating disorders and space, generosity, and more. Anjie also shares a space clearing meditation at the end that you can do along with us or fast forward.
