Morgan Stanley Chief Executive Officer Ted Pick says the tone on Wall Street has changed since President Donald Trump took office. He expects to see a surge in mergers and acquisitions this year and he says people are now willing to take more risk. He speaks on Bloomberg's to Jonathan Ferro and Lisa Abramowicz at the World Economic Forum's annual meeting in Davos, Switzerland.
