Hailing from the Bombetti family’s century-old estate, Colleformica, Paolo works alongside his father, Sergio, to craft wines that honor their roots. Located in Velletri, in the heart of the Castelli Romani area just 40 km southeast of Rome, Colleformica has been farming its three hectares for over 100 years. Paolo carries forward the family’s legacy while embracing sustainable and organic farming practices, producing wines that reflect Lazio’s rich volcanic soils, Mediterranean breezes, and unique indigenous varieties.
