Sarika Panchhi did her schooling from CJM, Dehradun. She joined Jet Airways as a Cabin Crew Member in 1998. She then became a Crew Member with Virgin Atlantic in 2002. After working as an air hostess for 10 years, she then joined Kingfisher's corporate office. She has worked with IBM as well, and then she started working as a Communication Consultant. She is the CEO of Word of Mouth and Founder at JiViSa Wellness
