Stephanie walks us through being a young woman (and an only child) in her 20s desperately looking for answers for her mother's behavior.

Stephanie is an award-winning Social Worker and Psychotherapist and owner of Compassion in Caregiving in Toronto, Ontario. In this episode Stephanie brings her unique experience as a therapist to our topic of trauma this season as she shares her long journey with her mom's FTD diagnosis.
