In this episode, Coach Meg Walker and Six Star Finisher David Yim discuss all things Tokyo Marathon 2025, from the clean and efficient organisation to the dreaded cutoffs and the flat, switch back filled course. We'll also share some tips and advice for first-time runners, including culture differences, travel and what to expect at the expo!David has run all six of the World Marathon Majors and Meg has run 21 marathons (5 World Marathon Majors), an ironman and has 2x Guinness World Records.
