Write more letters. Not because you don’t know how to say it with your own voice.

Write more letters. Not because you think it’s romantic.

Write more letters. Not because you might make them smile.

Write more letters. Not because that’s what they do in the movies.

Write more letters. Not because that’s what someone told you to do.

Write more letters. Not because you might have something to gain from it.

Write more letters. Not because it’s a lost craft.

Write more letters. Not because you need to strengthen the muscles in your hand.

Write more letters. Not because you might learn new words.

Write more letters. Not because you want to show how much you care.

Write more letters. Not because it’s something tangible to hold onto.

Write more letters. Not because it’s your what ancestors did once upon a time.

Write more letters. Not because someone sent you one and you need to return the favour.

Write more letters. Not because nothing.

Write more letters because everyone deserves a hand-written letter.
