Episode 40 - Mental Health In Friendships, Relationships, and Family

Oh snap! This is a controversial one. I believe it's important to talk about mental health in our relationships with friends, romantic partners, and family.

This year has shown me the importance of prioritizing your own mental health by surrounding it with the right people. Your relationships very much affect your day-to-day mental health (depression, anxiety, self-esteem, happiness, self-awareness, etc.). It's important to trust you are surrounding yourself with the right people to positively impact your own mental health. In this episode, I share my perspectives on how our relationships have a heavy impact on our mental health, and what we should do about it.
