231. Receiving the Gift of Gaslighting

In this episode of Choice, Change and Action Simone Milasas talks with John Wheeler, an Access Consciousness Certified Facilitator about gaslighting. John facilitates classes called Taking The Gas Out of Gaslighting, and has a very unique way of referring to it, which has a lot to do with allowance and empowerment.

It's not about judging gaslighting or making it right or wrong. It's about the awareness of it so you know when someone is gaslighting you. Then you can make a choice. Without the awareness, you are in reaction.

It's also not about changing the person gaslighting you; it's up to them if they change or not. It's about knowing who you are and not buying what they say as a truth. You get to choose for you.

If you are experiencing gaslighting, you can come out the other side empowered; without being less than where you started.
