Nether Scrolls (Forgotten Realms) and creating National Development Lead by Technology

In this episode we look at the scrolls that gave the Netherese their edge, we use this inspiration to make interesting developments in our season 4 world, this time more focused on specific development and growth and less broad terms like last episode.
