While Mikao Usui created Reiki as a teachable system, energy healing has existed for centuries across cultures. In this episode, we’ll dive into how our environment, experiences, and even the energetic shifts of the Earth can impact our well-being, and how Reiki helps us navigate these changes.

Reiki isn’t something we learn—it’s something we remember. We are Reiki. Through practice, we reconnect with this universal energy and learn how to share it in a way that supports both our personal healing and the healing of others.
