On this episode of Dirty Talks, we are joined by special guest & Italian cyclocross star Sara Casasola.

Sara and Lucinda look back at the first World Cup of the season in Antwerp. We then get to know more about Sara, understand what she attributes her incredible progression to, and discuss about her aggressive style of racing.

Lucinda and Maghalie then answer questions from the audience: Lucinda shares what is her least favorite training, and Maghalie shares about her travel logistics to Europe.

Finally, the two hosts look forward to the World Cup in Dublin and share interesting mindset ideas about dreaming of big goals.
