Ask most investors and they'll say they've had a great year. The S&P 500 is up double-digits. Nvidia’s stock has captivated the masses amid its epic gains, and corporate profits continue to rock as the economy chugs along. Some would even argue the stock market is in melt-up mode, and could continue with those vibes for a while barring a heavy dose of cold water. The bulls may be ignoring a large bucket slowly starting to pour out cold water, however, in the form of a heated presidential contest between President Joe Biden and former President Donald Trump.
