In 2008 Ullis was completely burnt out and deeply depressed and suicidal. With only 15 minutes of sleep per night, she woke every night at 2:47 from horrible nightmares and in complete panic (see her autobiography "2:47 The Journey Home to my Heart").

Finally she came to a point where she needed to choose between Life and Death and she chose life – or Life chose her..

Today she shares her experiences from her heart and embodied wisdom to others. With more than 28 years of experience - from traditional Western as well as Eastern Holistic disciplines - Ullis works with Holistic Health, personal development, Sacred Sexuality and Inner Leadership. Her work as a Spiritual Teacher, International author, Public Speaker, Yoga teacher/therapist takes her around the globe to work with women of different ages, from all fields of Life.

The essence of Ullis work is to increase and spread increased consciousness, and to guide you into your Heart, so you can be more Heart centered. Her latest book Holy F*ck and Sacred water – The Secret Connections to everything is also here to make a difference and to increase consciousness.
