Welcome back to Episode 231 of On the Spot Sports and in today's episode we have a very special guest, current professional hockey goaltender, Dylan Ferguson! Fergy and I talk about his path to pro hockey and playing in the ECHL for the Fort Wayne Komets, AHL's Henderson Silver Knights and the NHL's Vegas Golden Knights. We also talk about attending Eli Wilson's goalie school in Edmonton, fining the smaller details of his game, facing a ton of adversity but focusing on the controllable, first NHL game as a 19 year old coming out of Juniors, playing in Kamloops for the Blazers in the WHL, 2021 Kelly Cup Championship run with the Fort Wayne Komets, playing in Henderson and Fort Wayne, having a positive mindset, importance of being humble and so much more.
