208: Game-changing routines to establish balance in health, career, relationships, and life

In today's fast-paced world, it's easy to get caught up in the rat race and forget about what's truly important. For entrepreneur Steven Izen, that means spending his time on the things that will benefit his future self.

Izen is the founder of two companies, Lokai and Elements of Balance Brands. He also has a family, so he understands the importance of finding a balance between work and life. When it comes to his businesses, Izen is focused on building something that will last. He doesn't want to simply make a quick buck and move on; he wants to create something that will have a positive impact on the world for years to come.

Finding your balance

There are a few things that people can do to establish balance in their lives. One is to have a routine and stick to it. This means waking up at the same time every day, eating meals at regular intervals, and getting enough sleep. Another important aspect of balance is making time for yourself.

This means taking breaks throughout the day, spending time with loved ones, and doing things that make you happy. Finally, it is important to stay mindful of your thoughts and emotions. This means being aware of what triggers your stressors and learning how to cope with them in a healthy way.

Relationships, Experiences, and Perspective

Steven said "It's important to give back, because in doing so, you receive far more than just monetary compensation. You gain valuable relationships and experiences, and a new perspective on life."

Steven has experienced this first-hand, through both his own charitable work and through witnessing the work of others. He knows that when you help others, you end up helping yourself in the process.

The highs and lows of life

Stephen is no stranger to the ups and downs of life. Stephen's grandfather was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease when he was a freshman in college. This news really impacted him because his grandfather was a huge part of my life. He taught me how to play golf and pool, and he drove me to school every day when he was a little kid.

He realized that everyone goes through highs and lows in their life, no matter their age or income level. He started to think about what was important in life and how he could make a difference.

The importance of perspective

Steven says "It's important to have perspective because it allows you to see the world more clearly. It's easy to get caught up in your own problems or emotions, but when you step back and look at the bigger picture, you realize that there are people who have it worse than you.

This perspective can help you appreciate what you have and motivate you to help others who are less fortunate. It can also help you maintain a balanced lifestyle by keeping things in perspective and not getting too caught up in the highs and lows of life."

How Steven makes sure that Elements of Balance drinks are effective

Elements of Balance puts a lot of emphasis on making sure their products actually work. They can be sure that their product has the same ingredients and doses as what was proven to be effective in those studies.

In addition to this, they also conduct consumer research to get feedback on how well the product works for people. This focus on effectiveness has helped elements of balance stand out in a crowded market and build a loyal following among customers who appreciate knowing that their product will actually deliver on its promises.
