You might notice that when you're trying to create some new habits, you get pulled back to what was "comfy" for you. We are wired to stay in what is familiar and comfortable. So just know that when you fall off the wagon or encounter frustrations, it's normal. Don't be too hard on yourself. Just stay focused and watch out for these common pitfalls so you can push ahead.
